You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following:
- Unused, unopened, and in perfect resellable condition
- Returned in its original sealed packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Not sent directly to the manufacturer — always ship to the address provided by our team
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used cosmetic or skincare products
- Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Gift cards or digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable substances

📋 How to Start a Return

- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — include photos or videos
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request
- Ship the item only to the address provided by our support team
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email with our decision.
- If approved — your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time varies depending on your bank or card provider
- Refunds are only processed after the item has been received, inspected, and approved
🔁 Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us with supporting photos or videos before sending anything back, and our team will confirm next steps.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Contact us first to get the correct return address
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
- Original shipping costs are refunded when applicable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- International return shipping fees are non-refundable
